Well at least I have not been stoned to death for liking pork based doggerels :p

I do prefer them the most they just blend so well with beef/bean based chili's. ^^

Mmm sounds good today I didnt feel like finishing off the taco leftovers I had left over (beef fried then broken up with some re fried beans some taco seasoning and some salsa tossed in for good measure) I fried diced and fried the cooked hamburger alil with soem crushed red peppers to give it a zing then added alil water and the taco seasoning let it simmer then a bit added the beans let it simmer just a bit if it goes to long it becomes to think I turned it on low and let it set 30 minutes then depending on how much there I'll dip out some in a bowl add cheese(mozzarella/mild cheddar mis with a touch of crushed red and taco seasoning) nuke it int he oven or if I can dig up a metal bowl broil it and brown the cheese.

Anyway I ran out of shells have some soft ones but didnt feel like it so I thawed some 80% patties I put up put some McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite (I am in love with smoked flavor ><) then fried it up 5ish minutes a sides till it stopped bleeding and ate it with some every thin tomatoes, sweet onions and some chips I dug up.

I could have made some potato thingys but I was not in the mood for it.

BTW know any good smoke/grill flavoring?

LOL, im not much of a cook actually. I try at times though :) Some people think I am a good cook, but I dont think compared to experts I have half their skill LOL! I live in a farming area. We get an assortment of "Bellinger farms" sauces. Quite the variety actually. Thats probably what I would use. Somehow, I think you're a ways from this area though :)

Try finding dunlap,tn on a map, its on the ass end of the world ><
its rural/framing country there's not much out here tho.

Ran across a specialty rub that some of the shops out here carry they also have honey and chowchow. Anyway it was a good rub but 5$ for a bottle of it... blah

I can be misconstrued as a cook but really I am a priest of the burnt offerings, whats not eaten is scarified to the gods of brunt foods so that I might burn down the kitchen another day.....

ehh...its quick, and gets me back to being busy doing other things LOL! And I don't eat it that often. Sodium is essentially salt. Minus the chlorine LOL. Its getting hot here. I live in a semi-arid climate(almost desert terrain). When we perspire, we're not only losing water, but also lose salt. Perhaps i'm craving LOL. I have been eating A LOT of potato chips :D

Since I quit smoking back in February, Ive been eating considerably more :)
