The cooking never stopped at my house! It's some kind of season year round hear. And crawfish is just getting started albeit a little late.
Stuck in the SH*TTY of Pittsburgh, PA for a few days and didnt feel like a regular hamburger so I had this Cuban sandwich for lunch from the hotel restaurant. Was a bit dry, and i prefer cold pickles not warm ones baked into the food but was still good overall.
Man you guys need to stop with the crayfish thing, they are addictive, here in the northeast they are very hard to find, Popeyes use to carry them a while ago but discontinued them why I don't know, of course they were not freash out of the water but not to bad either. What I wouldn't do to be on some southern picnic and eat a batch fresh, one day before I croak I will fly out there one day to do just that.
OH YEAH crawfish mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm with corn on the cob and whole potatoes all cooked in with them. and yes if you never ate fresh crawfish you dont know what your missing. i do believe there are a few places on the web that you can order some fresh ones del. to your door alive
