    greensman,

    I think I would have gone with that 7600 card at newegg. Very good deal and in your price range w/ rebate. Can't have to good of video card imo.

    greensman , i agree with Mort if you can swing the 7600GT do it!! ,it would be well worth it and with the 7600 you can run just about any game out there

    Of course there are better cards, but with that rebate that one is hard to beat and should suite your needs and then some. Video cards are about as bad as cpu's, the king doesn't stay on top very long.

    Using new case now[Thermaltake Armor] but my temps are not what I like CPU Idels at 30-31 and mobo at 37 degrees... BUT this case has controlable fans, anyone know of a free program in till I get a controller?

    Glad I switched cases when I did,have not backed up thing in a long time and my old 80 gig is a knocking- also one of my Benqs got hot enough in my old case[it was really close to some metal the same size as the bottom of the drive] that it burned the sensor to my metter, and now after moving it into the new case its a little loud...but it was not in the other case and the burned sensor didnt make a warning sound but know does- piece of junk- should of went off as it was burning....LOL

    havent played w/ the sound card much yet... [Sound Blaster Fatal1ty]

    Will need some help on the card... little more then what I really need- does anyone use one of these?

    @Mort81, aabbccdd, and Lp531,
    THANKS for helping me spend my $$$. lol. I returned the 7300GT to BB. Unfortunately they wouldn't let me get all $$$ back because I used a giftcard for most of the purchase...lol

    I ordered the 7600GT from newegg.com and it should be here by Thursday if UPS doesn't screw me. lol.

    Thanks again and bug (bother) you soon.

    BB did not give you another gift card...should have...If item was not open...you'll be much happier with 7600gt vs 7300 series...
