Well, have you tried this yourself?
What I'm saying is, left at stock voltage, RAM should never overheat no matter how far you overclock it, unless your case cooling is messed up.

Yeh I know you like the Armor but for $115 after MIR how could you not get the Evo 830 if you wanted a FULL tower?

    Linky no worky!!

I won't make excuses for choosing that card because for $25 it's just fine. I'll get a HD3850 or HD3870 later this year or after Christmas in "08.....lol. I just DON'T need a "gaming" card right now and may never need one but with everything else in the case it seems just wrong not to have something "better". ;p

Of the two, the Stacker cools far better (assuming you use decent fans), and is a far better silent computing platform, but I prefer the look of the Armor (just). Of course, if I had a huge amount of money to spend on a full tower case, I'd wait until the NZXT CS831 comes out for retail.

That forum post is exactly why I'm not a member of the THG forums. Look at how many cretins came in trying to be funny.

He_Man if those are easily OC'able to 1066 they would be a grab indeed. ;) I almost got some OCZ but decided at the last moment to get the Crucial Balistix Tracers DDR2 1066 (2 x 1GB). I haven't pushed them yet but I plan to in a few days. I just got this thing (my new rig) running and I'm having issues with the nVidia drivers!! Silly bunch of shite really....lol.

The temps seem ok so a little burn in time and we're off. ;)

edit: to add screeny of temps and such. ;)

    edit 2:
Another screen shot after 4+ hours of 'idle' running....

Greensman: What is your ambient temperature, or do you have watercooling? I mean 22c seems rather low if you have aircooling.
Check voltages with either CPU-Z or SpeedFan.

shaffaaf: Sorry, I can't help but be smug right now
He_Man: Unlucky, that's probably because they've sold the last one of that case before you placed yours - the website doesn't update the stock automatically (because it's crap).
Looks like it's market price for your case then...
As you can see, normally the case isn't that cheap

Right now it's about 70F. It stays between 68F-76F most of the year inside my house. Me likes it cool. ;)

Here's a screeny of the program you requested. :D

Ohh, you have the speedstep technology(EIST) turned on in your BIOS, or have you downclocked your CPU? Apparently it also lowers your vcore at the same time. Nice temperatures tbh, how is it under stress?

    Greensman,
Everything looks good. Don't worry about the MB temp mine goes back and forth between 37 to 42C. Did you mod the North and South Bridge's heat sinks with Arctic Sulver 5?

A 40mm fan screws right to the heatsink, no problem. Mine still cools better than it did with a heat tube cooler from Evercool or a Thermaltake on the NorthBridge!

Voltages look very good as well!

    Best Regards,
    Russ

Well, it has a black front rather than silver (just cosmetic) but it's made of steel rather than Aluminium, so it weighs twice as much.
That's a crap deal though, you may as well get one here

No not at all, the Blackline version cools just as well as the Aluminium.
