the antec 1200 is only 20 bucks more...but you only have 3 bays you can use unless you take out 2 of the fans in the front of it.

the CM has 3 230mm fans in it.. that is monstrous, i just wonder how loud those bad boys are???

heres the comparison of the 2 cases

NOOOOO!!!!!!!! Get rid of the pic and get something more tech related... like NOT a man.. how bout a woman (good looking) football (soccer) player????? :D

RedRob I like the CM-932 case hands down!!!! Just has the features that I like better and the 230mm fans are definitely quieter than a 120mm. :D

Ooh, burned. Nice one - but it's at the expense of someone who isn't in the thread... :p

The 230mm fans in the 932 run at 700rpm, so their noise level will be something in the 30-33dB ballpark, about as loud as a full speed Scythe SFF21F (1600rpm), or perhaps a pair of them, depending on how good the fan is. This comes from real world experience with an Antec 900's 200mm fan at full 850rpm speed pushing around 32dB.
I do like the idea behind a case with two large fans though, it's a good combination for low noise (but not silent) computing with high grade components. It's something Antec could have pulled off with the P190, but the dual PSUs included was a dealbreaker, as you can do far better than Antec PSUs, and the resulting cost of the case is astronomical.

That's from personal experience - my mate Nick owns two of those, and has had them since before he knew me... I only reported what I heard/saw, so to speak... :)

    cincyrob,
The Aeros are fine, but I wouldn't recommend the Silnex at all. I've had 2 of them, and neither lasted a year. They flat lie about their specs too, as they are a lot noisier than rated. They are also prone to vibration and bearing noise. To be avoided! LOL!! Ask Sam!

Indeed. Avoid SilenX. Even the newegg reviews are bad!

I'm having a weird problem with my video. When I go to move a window, all that moves is the frame, and when you release the button the frame fills in. I'm using the same NetForce software I've used for the last two years. Anybody got any ideas because I've never seen this problem before?

    Thanking you in advance,
    Russ
