abuzar, edit your sig to conform to forum specs ASAP. yours is 170x227 pixels. an addict should know better.
    2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.

The ACF7 Pro. :p I'm thinking about "altering" the ACF7 Pro. I put so much time into lapping it that I'm unwilling NOT to use it.. LOL.

If I have to buy another chipset cooler there's plenty of them out there. ;)

Kinda what I thought there creaky. ;)

Well messed with that build until about 1am this morning and there's some issues with the "mobo driver disc". lol. IT's scratched all to heck.... :( I downloaded the drivers on the other computer but I'm gonna have to do a CLEAN M$ XP install to make sure everything is in good working order. I got it to run ok but there is something missing from the driver disc that causes issues that I don't want to deal with. Oh well... nothing that can't be over come. ;)

Once I get some more info I'll post it. ;) OH... took a little stroll around the BIOS... ZOMGosh... it's WAY more comprehensive than the GB for sure and about the same as the ASUS as far as I can tell. Didn't mess with any settings just L@@KED around. :D

Is that directed at my computing experience or the "other" issue? lol. :p

    I quote
"I'm not changing it until they call me out on it"
Am I the only one round here who tries to obey the rules? lmao, just kidding. I don't really care, it's not my site to run, but you know, I don't like people letting themselves get suspended for trivial reasons.

On a more on-topic note, why only two 4850s? lol

Anyone here ever do a wipe and full format on a 500GB HDD? You could take a short vacation in the amount of time it takes! LOL!! About 27 hours for both! ROFLMAO! This thing is tiny 4: wide, 10.25" high and 13.25" deep. It has a PIE-e 16x slot, but has the sweetest CPU Cooler I've ever seen. 2 heat pipes and about a 60 or 70mm fan. Aside from the fan in the PSU which is about the thickness of a book and about 12" long, there are no other fans! It has a sideways mounted DVD Burner and a card reader. That's it! Comes with an AMD 64x2 4800+ and 2GB of DDR2/800. Runs about the same as my AMD 4800+!

Just got done converting this HP Slimline to XP-Pro SP2. The software for the modem was a major headache, as the only site that has an XP driver for it has been down all day! It's a low profile PCI slot so I wound up modifying a different HP modem that I had the drivers for. Turned out good! Two more conversions to go! LOL!!

Rob looks like you can use 768MB of RAM total. ;) I'll send you some RAM if need be. ;) tbh 768MB is plenty to run XP on an internet beater. ;0

Looks like the max it support is 768MB. Man, my 5 year old PC is sooo slow on XP. I wonder how I thought it ran fine back in the day.

thats what i told my parents i dont think it is worth spending 100-120 on a hard drive and a small amount of mem for it and it wont be that much better than it is right now. granted i know and understand them not haven the cash to do a good small build. the only good thing about their puter is the 17in flat panel monitor it has..lol

Out of 10? Ten being the best gaming computer you can build? I would say a 3.5 or 4.

Realistically though, that's a pretty decent computer. The graphics card is weak but everything else looks decent. I think you should be idling around 50-55C.

Oh and Rob, this is one of the computer si Use everyday at home.

    Celeron at 2.6Ghz
    768MB of RAM
    80GB HDD
    Integrated graphics
    DVD ROM

    It's painful.

I'd also give it 3/4 out of 10, mainly due to the GPU, though marks off for the 5000+ too.

Is that an OCZ PSU you have there or an EZ Cool PSU? If it's the latter, bin it fast, EZCools are units known to cause serious damage to hardware when they go bang.
