Hmm, strangely enough I have only subscribed to 856 threads, and I never usually untick that nice wee box which says

"Check this box, if you want to get email notifications when new messages are added to this thread."

Whatup all. Despite a God awful first half performance, the Steelers are beating Seattle at the half, 7-3. For you bloaks in the UK, imagine your favorite futobol team playing for the World Cup or w/e. That's how I feel right now.

I like this thread, It's kinda cool. I know it bumps ones post count up a couple of uneccessary posts. But what's a dozen or so posts out of a few thousand "blood, sweat & tears" posts? And its great because Arnie, tok, Scubabud & others post a little more in the safety valve. The safety valve is a great thing so long as it is used as a restbite (and it damn sure is for me!!) rather than a place to make most of your posts. I am on three thousand four hundred or something. I really haven't the energy to check! :)

This has become a new spot for me (safety valve), in the 1 year that I have been a member here I've only passed by a few times...until this thread came to life, now I've started posting in others as well.

But I still enjoy helping others in the DVD forums the most...

Yeah I've been a huge Steeler fan for over half of my life. We've gotten close many times, and now we won it all. It's kinda surreal, except I have class today, and life goes on as normal. Cheers!

Sorry to hear about gear79 going inactive. He was a real good buddy and will be missed. Yes, AD can be addictive, but anything can be addictive if you let it get that way. You could always count on gear throwing in something funny and off the wall in a thread. I live alone, so i can be online as much as i want, and get no hassles from a Mrs. MaxBurn.. It all comes down to what an individual needs to do to keep going. Gear made his choice, and we have to respect that. We will support you gear, even if you are not here. Now i had better go clean up his homepage. I kinda trashed it when i found him gone, but didnt know where he went.. :)
