    No sig/thank you/request should = no post.

Everything else should be deleted, the same should go for the desktop thread.

I think in the safety valve a post doesn't count anyway so it does = no post. hehehe. :p

Why? Seems like good clean fun most of the time and I think that we've established that "women" should stay out of the forums..... well at least provocative pics of them. :D

I'd like a fancy sig. I just haven't found the makings for it yet. I like Ireland's work. Maybe he'll have some time to waste and knock one off for me.

    @gm

Not exactly the point I was trying to make. I was suggesting that all off topic posts be deleted, but that would be a lot of extra work for the mods although I think after a while everyone would get the picture (pun intended.) lol

LOL I must have been snoozing. It was so action packed, I didn't notice the missing 7, I'll change it. Thanks.

and make it a tech forum like it should be?

    actually i agree

the only SV threads should/would have to be approved by a mod before it was allowed and a limit of say 10 threads so the mods can keep an handle on it.

BTW Pacman777 outstanding sig made there by Ireland. his the best

Yup, what a great way to keep traffic on the site to a minimum....Because everyone would leave.

As for PacMan777's sig, not really my thing. It's way too big imo. But, to each his own.

    bubba,
I agree, I think the rules should be changed to 400x130 or less, as those huge sigs ireland and others put out are large and distracting.

Im a fan of thin sigs also,
i was hopign someone could help me out,
the two players in my sig have left the club,

i was kind of hoping for a new one,
maybe liek a redish background or something,
the arsenal badge in there somwhere,
my username and "Gunner 4 Life" on there some where

and just like from the shoulder up of:
    Arsene Wenger
    Cesc Fabregas
    Robin Van Persie
    Kolo Toure

Thanks alot if any one decides to help me out.

When the rules change, let me know, I have the software to make it smaller. I'm not stuck at this size. Most people could care less about the sig size (not ridiculously large of course) as long as the content doesn't mess with pages loading or one of those flashy moving sigs. Still some dialers out there. Smaller pics with their added lines of print can take up as much space and can be just as distracting. Maybe the rules should be a pic or text, but not both with a set limit as to how much space it can cover irregardless of content. AD could do away with sigs entirely. That would be a bit drab though.

Thanks Ireland. I like the interesting sigs, irregardless of size (within the limits). They add color to the forum; more so than ads we're presented with. ;)

I was putting my opinion out there, because I do not like to scroll down a page trying to read something to be halted by monster 500x200 sigs, i dont care what the KB size of it is.

Pacman, i find your sig extremely distracting.

If you notice, other users have to scroll almost the same amount of space to get by your sig. I'm not complaining, but some might.

As for mine, it is the exact same height of several others on the site, and I've heard no one complaining about them. When the rules change or I tire of it, I'll do something about the sig.

Other than the legal size of the sig, what is so distracting? As I mentioned, it's about the size of yours and surprisingly, both yours and mine contain warriors. ;)
