well hear goes nothing it came with an f connector as it dose not use a screw thread like some other boxes. It also came with a free cable to connect to the pc (i think some come with preloaded software)and a cd.Belive me when i say if i can do it anyone can as for the box it is small, looks good, picture quality is good the channel change is fast.So far as i write there has been no freezing,on the back there to scart sockets a spidf i think it`s called and rca leads not bad me thinks. The power lead comes with a 2 pin plug either get a shaver plug or do what i did and chop it off for a three pin.You can delete and change the channels around,it also comes with a timer. But(and there`s always a but) i think the epg is slow to say the least, while in epg if you press ok you will get a list of what ever is on the channel you are looking at.That at least is better, over all it dose what it says on the tin if like me you want a good epg then maybe you should check out some of the other boxes but as someone said you car`nt have everything hope this helps someone:)

when i am watching the channels some of them come up as scrambled is it the same your side or is every channel there, the ones that are not coming on have a $ (dollar) on the menu. i am hoping it is something on the set up menu that i have missed. i just plugged it in and went to set up and let it do the rest, please help as it is starting to get on my nerves
