I'm really new in video .When I try converting avi file(17Gb)to mpeg in TMPEG all file conversion pass.
But when I try to play I only can see 6.17 min(video&audio). After that all is black and no audio. But progress meter in WindowsMediaPlayer "play" .
    Can You help me?

first of all what the hell avi do you have that is 17gb you should try to open it in virtu dub and go to video and fast recompress and then select a compression type (i suggest divx 4 if you have it) then go to audio full prossesing and save avi then try encoding the newly made avi in tmpeg
