TMPGenc 2.5 & Express Problems!!!

    I have some problems with TMPGenc plus 2.5 and TMPGenc Express. I get a error message when I'm converting a divx file. I don't know what to do!
    I am following the guide here at Afterdawn very precisely and I'm doing exactly what the guide is telling me to do. I had the same problem before and suddenly it dissapeared and now it is back!!!

    HELP ME!!!
