I've been using TMPGEnc for a couple of months and I think it's a beautiful program.
I only have a question: is it possible to encode a DVD
with subtitles using this program? I live in mexico
and I encode my DVD's using spanish subtitles to my
    children.

Could somebody please answer this question?
    Thank you for your time.

TMPGEnc is not enough for subtitles. I recommend that you take a look at excellent package called DVD2SVCD which creates SVCDs out of your DVDs using TMPGEnc and does all the required tweaks as well, including subtitles. SVCDs take slightly more space than VCDs, so normally when you fit one movie to two CDs in VCD format, you need to have three CDs for SVCD copies, but the quality is much better.
