I have TMPGenc DVD Author 3 but I have a problem with changing a background in the "menu" If I change the background I get this error message: "Read error occurred at address 00695F65 of module TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.exe' with 00000000" can anybody help me please with solve this problem? I have checked for the problem 004DCA9A on your forum and I solved the problem it caused by a Microsoft Security Update KB925902, I have uninstalled this package in 'add or remove programs' and it works I think it's another security pack that cause the problem 00695F65 but witch?
And if i add a picture then i get the error: "read error occurred at address 00678736 of module TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.exe with 00000000"
DVD Author will take JPEG or BMP type file. Try to import your background picture as BMP file see what happen.
