I am trying to convert a avi file to mpg.
Before I even get to start the convert I get a message Write error occured xxxx of module ntdll.dll. Other messages include run-time errors. Is this a corrupt dll issuse (win 2000) or has anyone else experinced this type of problem with TMPGenc.

OK sorted the memory problem by the usual un-install all the garbage, test conversion programs. Created the MPG OK but without sound. The avi plays ok with media player & gspot confirm audio codec installed. Audio information is AC3.
