Hello everyone, I have done some ripppin, encoding etc.. before, but i still consider myself a newbie. I wanted to convert my avi file to DVD by using tmpgenc (used this guide http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd.cfm), and when i reached the bitrate settings pages, the "Makes file size XXX % of disk capacity" part, it has 102.81% as the number, it seems i cant go any lower? Any suggestions? thanks
