   Using TMPGEnc, if i select DVD PAL because my fps is 25.... will the final DVD burned product play in my region 1 dvd player that is a NTSC system?
   
   Is that a way method that could make this happen?

   nope!!
   you have to change it to ntsc and tmp will automatically change the fps.
