TMPGEnc will not wrok!!!

    hey,
    well TMPGEnc refuses to work.Evrey time i try to encode a movie an error comes up saying "write error occured at adress 77f5215c Of module 'ntdll.dll' with 0000000
    this happens everytime.i am trying to make a dvd ntsc 16:9
    my sytem specs are:
    P4 1.6 GHz
    128 Mb sdram
    40 GB hard drive
    soundbalster pci 128(just installed it)
    radeon 7500
    thank you for any help

    If your input files are avi files, click option - environmental settings. Then click the vfapi plug-in tab and right click directshow filereader and raise its priority to about 2
