    hi everyone,bit of a problem.got some films that are DIVXMPG4 V3 files.when i try to convert to mpeg (using tmpgenc)it either fails so far into the conversion,or gives me a massive end file with no sound the first half and a blank second half.and if i use panasonic pwimpege it just fails altogether.am i missing a codec or plugin.thanks for any help

    or is there a programme out there that will convert the above files,thnx again

    OK, do u get any errors with TMPGEnc?

    sometimes it errors(cant remember the error),sometimes converts the film but its a massive file with no sound and blank second half

    dela youre a star,dude.altered a few settings in tmpgne (vfapi and source range settings)and its now encoding the films,spot on mate,thanks a lot.id saved some of my films to normal cd in the event i found an answer,thanks to you ihave.thanks again dude.
