I have a x2.3 lite and i think it came flashed with the cromwell bios. So my question is do i have to flash it with an evo bios in order to install evo dash? Im new to this and i want to do everything right the first time around. I actually got alot of documentation on eveything else but this.
yes your are correct. You have to flash the bios with a new one. The cromwell bios is there to help flash over it basically. evox m7 bios is probably the best one to flash it with right now. Since you are new to this i suggest that once you have flashed the bios with the m7 or another good one, use the "slayer auto installer 2.5" to install evox. All you have to do is download the 200+mb file and burn it to a cd/dvd that works in your xbox and it will install evox and everything you want. Trust me slayers is the best way to install evox. Its just sooo easy .
