When you press "record" to begin burning your VIDEO_TS Folder in toast. A dialog box pops up with the simulation mode, buffer underrun, write session, etc. in it. Before I press write session, two additional files pop up in the background (within my video_ts folder) They are 1) Desktop DB 2) Desktop DF. They dissapear when the dvd is finished. Is anyone else getting these files? I think they are fu_cking up my dvd-r's

IS ANYONE ELSE SEEING THESE FILES??

Nope, I'm not getting them. Are you shure you're doing
everything correct? Select DVD in the other menu and
then go to the menu bar and select new DVD? Desktop
DF and Desktop DB is what you get when you try to burn
    your DVD's like data CD's.

I know why you're having this problem. First, make sure DVD is selected. Then, click "New DVD" and name it in capital letters. Then, drag your VIDEO_TS folder on to this new DVD. Make sure ONLY the VIDEO_TS folder is dragged on the DVD. I would sometimes forget and drag, for example, the folder called "The Color Of Money" that held the VIDEO_TS folder. Only the VIDEO_TS folder should be present (and the AUDIO_TS folder, though that is completely worthless). If you're working with an image, mount it and use that VIDEO_TS folder. MAKE SURE VIDEO_TS IS CAPITALIZED, also.
