tomtom go 910 promblemo

    i bought tomtom go 910 and connected to the the computer when i took it out and swithched on the tomtom,
    the computer sign comes on then loads then the tomtom 910 startup screen shows and stays stuck and doesnt go to the mainmenu

    reset 910 use a pin ,theres a very small hole near the stand conection .you need to look VERY close. will boot up no problem after resetting
