too big for cd

    ive got an album thats too big for a cd its 5 mins over is there any way to get the full album on the cd

    Is it shortening some of the pauses a viable solution for you ?

    I might be way off base here, doesn't MP3 format allow you to store more in less?

    yes, but I think he's trying to burn an audio CD, not an mp3 CD. Most newer CD burners can do an over-burn feature, which can burn ~5-7 extra minutes. You need a burning app like nero that can do it though.
