if you mean software to download torrents try azureus

 

Azureus is only good if your pc is up to date as it is heavy on system resources , you could try http://www.ziptorrent.com or bit comet

try and get yourself on a private tracker for faster and better downloads , and if you need any help configuring your client just post back and we will help

I recieved two different messages saying that some of my private torrent sites will not be excepting any c++ applications ie: bitcomet and bitlord. Azureus is the best when configured properly, and if its draining cpu usage u can use utorrent. If u mean public torrent sites there are tons, torrentspy.com, mininova.org and piratebay.org are the best.
