transcoding problems with nero7

hi hope someone can help i have been using nero 7 for sometime now without any problems i recently tried to put an avi movie file onto disc the movie transcodes no problems and then when it starts to burn the disc the burning fails and i get the error message " the instruction at "0x7c91of29" referenced memory at" 0xffffffffffffff", the memory could not be read". i am using the same media i have always used. i have checked the dma that is fine someone please help thankyou
