I'm having trouble converting avi files to mpeg format to use on my personal dvd player. I used the guide on this website and am using tmpgenc, but I get to the part right before authoring, and it says cannot load "p3package.dll" any suggestions

Search your PC to see if the file exists on your system. Either way I think a re-install of the tmpgenc software is where I would start.

when its encoded use something like dvd2one or dvdshrink to get it back to a useable size.
