HI Jerry Did all that, downloaded it again, I get the desk top icon, and the one in the task bar. I get it to open and every thing seems like it is working normal, but when I click on the ok it just dissapears and that is the end of it. I have auto start checked, and everything seems like it should be. I have the right version too. Really strange what is going on. Thanks...........Gunny
