   Hey guys someone please help.I got the new 30gb ipod for christmas but i haven't used it yet. I downloaded itunes on my pc for windows and the damn thing won't open up! I've installed it uninstalled for a week ! Anyone expriencing the same problem? Any suggestions?

   try installing the version you get on the CD supplied with your iPod.
