lately when i reformat my computer it wants to run slower than what it is supposed to run. I just bought a new hard drive and that wasn't the problem could it be my motherboard or processor. I've been getting a monitor error as when i go into bios it says my processor temp is at threshold could that be the problem. Any help would be help!
Sounds like your CPU is overheating. Clean your PC of dust, and if no luck, clean the heatsink and reseat with new thermal paste.
