Hi everyone, I am trying to backup a dvd. I used DVDFab Decrypter, then used shrink 3.2, then after about 15mins of decoding this error comes up. Any help would be appreciated.

One other note edit out your Nero serial number before it is stolen and used by someone else.

I think the burner is on the secondary

Right click My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > IDE Controllers > Secondary , Properties, 'Uninstall'
Reboot and Windows reinstalls the drivers.

You can run Nero Info Tool, select 'Configuration' tab and check status of DMA.

    I uninstalled and rebooted.
the primary IDE channel : transfer mode: DMA if available
    : current transfer mode:Ultra DMA mode 5
the secondary IDE channel: transfer mode: PIO only
: current transfer mode: PIO mode

when I check Nero DMA manager : IDE channel : secondary
    : position : master
and the enable box is unchecked.

Go into the BIOS setup (reboot, tap [Del] key )and check the settings on the Primary and Secondary Controllers. They should be set "Auto".
