@Sammorris, you have listed 2x PCI-E cards, when he has already said that he needs an AGP card.

Hence the chioce of card at a low cost gets harder.
    Hence the cards I listed.

An AGP version of the X800GTO comes in at $58 more.
Maybe Hellraise needs to give max figure to spend?

Whoops sorry, I'm answering too many threads.
AGP versions of those two can be found, albeit at inflated prices.
How much can you afford hellraise?

Maybe look at a 9600 Radeon
Otherwise your looking at an FX5600
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102407 $72
If you look on the video card section on Newegg, you can select to view cards between $50-$75 only.
Here is a link to some tests on the cards you are likely to be looking at for your budget.

P.S. Don't go for PCI the transfer rate is far below AGPx8

Whilst those two may both solve the PS1.1 issue, neither are much cop for playing recent games, they're very old cards.

The MX4000 and Riva are both old GPUs, the 4000 may support 1.1 but it's not going to fetch a good frame rate in modern titles.

The MX4000 will be aftermarket, but it's still an old PCI card. The card may run that game OK at low settings, but it may not run other games. As an interim you may find that the card runs well, but let's just say you won't catch it playing Doom 3 and the likes.

The 4MX isn't compatible with the godfather (so neither is the riva or s3)
The 4MX will play railroad pioneer, though not at high settings. (Not at all with the riva or s3)
For Ubersolider, most cards are out of the question including yours. For ubersoldier I'd recommend you get an X800GTO or faster card for AGP. You'll also need 1GB of RAM.
Your processor should suffice, but that'll hold you back to medium detail.

X800GTO good, X850XT better. That's about as far as you can go with AGP but if you can aford the X850XT you should be able to play Ubersoldier pretty well as long as you have enough memory.

    Ubersolider?
Must be a reasonably capable card then, as you've seen integrated graphics aren't going to cut it.
