Pfff, well, erm, that'll do I suppose, but you're not going to see good performance in ubersoldier with a 9250, it's an old technology card and was budget to start with...
The 9600 would be better by a bit, but really you're looking at X800 specs really to play well, or at least a 9800.

Yeah. 9205s can be had for about 50 dollars including shipping at newegg, and they're as reputable as you get. Whether or not it says so on the box there's no such thing as a 9250 "Gamers edition". It may be overclocked slightly, but you're fooling yourself if you think the 9250 is a card for high-level gamers. The problem with the market is that everyone tries to sell a card as hard as they can, and therefore every card from $20 to $800 is marketed as "state of the art" you really need to know what the cards' disadvantages are.
I trust that 9250 is the one with the 128-bit memory interface? Thats important with a 9250, my mate bought the 64-bit version which runs at about 40% of the speed.

I suggest you change your video card. I also have a ProSavageDDR with VIA P4M266 Motherboard with VIA8235 South Bridge and has AGP Slot supports 4X, and I try variety of games but only games that can counting with hands can played very well such as F1 2002, MIDTOWN MADNESS and others. Poorly at Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 and Underground, Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness and others that graphics of game more precisely but cannot support with this video card. I discovered, this video card has not a AntiAlias technology, Anisotropic Filter, Pixel shader 1.1 that mostly has needed at new games. So, my action is change my video card with NVIDIA GeForce4 MX4000 T64M with price probably $200 and up. I buy with RM188. I attached in my AGP slot, and it works well. So, I recommend you to change video card that may fix problems.

About NVIDIA GeForce4 MX4000 (Microsoft Corp.), I suggest you change its driver with original one directed at NVIDIA website. Download it at ForceWare in www.nvidia.com. Because with Microsoft Corp. provided one isn't compatible with DOOM3 or other OpenGL graphics engine because of missing with OPENGL driver. Also, its more buggy.

Asus are indeed renowned for quality across the board, but Sapphire, whilst exclusively a graphics card maker are also renowned for quality.
The card I posted is the same as yours but with more memory, and surprisingly this does actually make it run faster. (My 256MB 9200 card beat 128MB versions quite happily, I could even run a few games at 1600x1200!).
$88 while not loads for a GPU could have bought you:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102407
    with $16 change.
This is a significantly faster card.
