I have been trying to copy this movie and had no luck so far. I keep getting the data error (cyclic redundancy check). I try with dvd shrink and decrypter. That didn't work so then I downloaded the latest Anydvd and keep getting the same error. Don't know how else to go about it. Any suggestions.

    Thanks.

Have you tried cleaning the disc off, usually you get that when there's scratches/smudges on the disc. I've copied The Italian Job with no problem. Used Decryptor to make an .iso and Shrink/Nero to burn.

This is most likely the fault of the original disk being smuged, dirty or scratched. Try cleaning it really really good, and you will come across more disk like this as you continue to back up DVD's so I would suggest to invest in a SkipDr.. They work better than anything else I have tried at repairing disks..
