I have been trying to burn a video_ts with nero, and I keep getting an error,-DVD-Video files reallocation failed, and DVD-Video files compliance ignored. the file plays perfect from my hard drive on PowerDVD
If you have a VIDEO_TS folder with your files inside you can reallocate them and create a Image file using ImgTool. I think you might need a empty AUDIO_TS folder in the same directory as the video folder too. Using ImgTool, just tell it the directory the two folders are in and it can create a image file you can then test by mounting using Alcohol 120% or Dameon Tools or burn it using Nero if it test out ok
