I have a question about our new laptop. I would like to connect the VGA output to our new TV but when I hook it up to the TV it shows a connection but all I get is a blank screen. Do you know how I can fix that?
You should look it up in your manual on how to do it. You probably just have to change some settings. A common thing you need to do is go to the video settings and extending desktop onto the other screen.
