trying to fix my SHUT DOWN problem, I caused another one

    Someone advised me to touch 2 of the remote control buttons together. I asked them to clarify and they didn't. So I tried RED and BLUE together. Now I can only get terrestrial channels, though the EPG is working with every other channel-I just can't get pictures or sound. What have I done?
