Trying to get an Mpeg movie to DVD need help!!

    I have downloaded some movies that are in Mpeg format and I am trying to get them on to a DVD -R format.. I have already downloaded TMPGEnc but I dont know what I should do from there I dont know which settings to pick? Any help would be MUCH appreciated...thanks a lot!
