So I downloaded a BitTorrent file and I got a folder with a bunch of .rar's with .avi's inside them and a ton of .dvdrip.xvid-deity.r## files as well as a folder named sample and a folder named Sub. Now I have no idea what to do. I have some experience Ripping Dvds but only ripping a Dvd with DVD decoder, then Burning it with DVD Shrink. Any Advice would be of much help thanks. Btw I am a newb with this and I need simple explainations.

PS Im sorry if this is the wrong forum as Im a new forum member

    Thanks,
    Devin

    Hey Devin,

    For starters,

    1. You could have lQQked at the FAQ on BT. They usually provide a simple guide to tell you what to do with different packages. You might still go there and "Bookmark" it, it will be a lot of help.

    2. A WinRAR file is like a ZIP file, full of compressed files. Download and install WinRAR (it's so good, you'll never use ZIP again). You then must extract the RAR files to a folder. Generally, the second file in a RAR pack will allow you to extract the entire video.

    WinRAR, here:
    http://www.rarlab.com/

If you have AVI's, download DivxToDVD by vso (Free) and let that convert your AVI files to VOB format files then burn to disc.

    DivxToDVD, Here:

    Cheers,

    Pete
