Auto Scan…. and at network [ok] put your provider in leave the channel search type alone set at network. Press the green start search button… if you are on Virgin select N** or what ever provider you are using after that is should bring up a list If you are on NTL Dublin select legacy top item on the list You just need to be patient then and wait till the scan has completed then press the exit button and that it job done
menu>>>> installation>>>> factory default press ok 0000 password press ok again. This will bring you back to easy installation, then follow above from there.
only to put them into favorites only, you will need to consult your manual for that,as the channels mimmic a proper box.

Check what signal and quality is and tell me ?? press up and down on the remote and watch it also you have the cable in the top slot on the box RF IN ??
ok your signal is way to low you need about 70+ on both to get a good reception, there has to be a cut in your cable somewhere or are you going thru your cable bx to the arnet ?? are you using the cable adapter on the box ?
Ok you will defo need to get a booster, or get your cable company out to check the cable, as 54 is to low, and unless you get it fixed you are going to have that prob all the time.
