Trying to stream games, but can't connect! Help plz.

    Okay, I've been using Paradox GC Disk Server for the past few months and it worked fine. I tried to use it today and I couldn't connect to my computer. I have the IP on my computer set to 192.168.1.101, and I have the gamecube set to connect to that IP. I start the server, start an online game on PSO, and I get error 102 (couldn't connect to server). Any suggestions?
