    Thx 4 all the help ven26t, I finally got it working right but with an alternative method. Here it is if anyone is interested:

    - I demuxed with MP4 GUI
    - then I converted the AAC audio file to AC3 with Nero 9 (worked like charm and exported same # of channels)
    - and finally I muxed both AC3 and H264 again with MP4 GUI

    That's great, maybe it was just the video file that had some issues but at least you got it working!
