sorry to hear that. you could always try an alternative like an actual wifi usb stick, not just some nintendo one.
my friend did it no sweat. I don't plan to use it with the ds, just with the psp so I cna run Xlink Kai.
well. if you say so. i know it sucked ass for me. thats why i returned it. but if it works for you good. it might have a better range than the Nintendo Wifi USB Connector anyway.
have you ever had htat problem when you click wireless settings and it says there is no wireless lan card installed?
haha I'm so stupid....-_- didn't realize, I copied the exes in the wrong place. ;p works fine now my bad. Does this also work with ad hoc? Cuz I was gonna play monster hunter freedom with this if it did.
I have trouble connecting with my DS. I set the IP to 192.168.0.1 and the subnet mask 255.255.255.0, and the primary DNS and gate way the same thign as the IP. Can't seem to connect.
@gtasmy i dont know wireless routers, but i know linksys is good. @ianfantry change the ip on your ds to 192.168.0.xx
I followed your video instructions precisely but I'm having a bit of a problem. When I try to connect with my DS, it connects to the SoftAP thingy, but it's unable to connect to the internet. I'm not sure what to do.
It still won't work. I set it to 192.168.0.11. Also, my internet on my computer won't work when I enable the adapter. Does the adapter work in station mode too?
I'm not sure how I could clarify.. Hmm.. When I try to connect with my DS, it takes about a minute to connect, then it gives me an error. "Error 52102 : Connected to access point but unable to connect to the server. Confirm connection settings and internet availability." I followed your instructions; enabled ICS on my main connection, my DS IP and Connector IP are different, I'm not really sure what's wrong with it. It sends packets but it doesn't receive them.
