I am working on a mini itx build.
It is a VIA EPIA 1.7GHZ with Onboard TV-Out: VT1625M HDTV Encoder
(the ports are only Composite, Component, and S-Video, no VGA.

My TV is a old 2004 Phillips box CRT TV.

When I plug it into the TV, I get no visual. But when I removed the RAM, I got the beeping error on the TV.

Do I need a TV to PC converter box? Or is the RCA Port damaged?
