I have PowerDVD 6.0, Xeon 2.8G system and Nvidia PCI X VGA card. While I try to play a DVD then I am getting this error message "This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled". I have updated the VGA card drive and try different commercial DVDs; however, still I am facing the same issue.

I suppose my VGA card has single overlay that is the cause of this issue.

Did you try what I said? DVD43 is free, so maybe you should try it.
