TV tuner capture software...Mpeg4

    Is there TV tuner capture software out there that captures to Mpeg4 format, and is capable of capturing high definition? What I usually do is capture in Mpeg2 and convert to Mpeg4, which consumes less HDD space. I also wish to use Mpeg4 format because I can make AVCHD DVDs, perfect for playback on my PS3.
