    Need your provider info and your location. Have you not fixed your coax problem yet :)

    N*L in Teeside mate.....

    regarding the coax mate, it is for a different box mate, I am going down tomorrow and going to refit the ends of the cable to see if that does anything, unless you have any other ideas what would help mate.....

    4.00 mate, it works fine in my house mate, the only difference in the other house is that it comes from the white box on the wall, mine come directly from the brown box.....

    More than likely the white box if feed from an external tap. Is there any attenuators or equalisers on the line?
