Looks like High Wycombe joined the ranks of nagra earlier this week :-(

Have done resets & re-scans but can only get the basic channels (BBC's, ITV's etc) ..

strange thing is did not receive new card from V for my gen box (maybe because am only on their very basic package??)

 

try a re-scan as I suggest above firstly to see if its just chan and freq changes, may take a few attempts, but if your neighbours have recd cards than it suggests N3, perhaps as you have the basic pack you will get your cards lastly as you dont have premium chans as part of your pack

Hi all, Im from Dumbartonshire (or uddingston area)and i know that so far we are not receiving the new cards but the other day i got a problem i have a kryptviewm A750 up stairs which is connected to my VCR to record stuff and a starview HD combo + down stairs to watch as recording on the other but it wont record to VCR now just the sound i blamed the VCR so bought a new 1 and same problem i took it back and got a PVR same problem i just cant tape things anymore up stairs. the starview downstairs recorded using an extrenal hard drive NP's but even it wont record to a VCR or this PVR.
Is this to do wae NAG 3 comming?

 

First of all take your cap locks off as this is considered shouting

Now for your second question there will be no more fixes or software for any of the boxes that are out there now so a large recycle bin will be in order for all of the redundant boxes both in the Uk and Ireland.

N3 has been out for the last 3 or more years and there has not even been a dent in it so there wont be any fixes for that im affraid end of dodgy boxes as we know them

 

nope, if it were N3, you would get nothing or blank screens, sounds like yer equipment or something isnt set up correctly

if you are in leicester your box is dead bin it and get a sub from virgin or sky

 

i am in worthing and have had my new card for sometime now i think my box is done i do pay for basic vm anyway but for sports and movies but had my money worth out of it so if it done it done. xxxxx
