Have you got all your channels including all the asian ones and the movies ??

If not the rest will be gone within the next few days

 

they just started getting cards, so I would say the usual 2 weeks and zap after that

 

sorry my fault i dont watch movies realy just sport, all movies gone by the looks of it. sport ok for now, i have sat cs now so all prepaired

 

do a scan a per above and see if it helps, but I reckon thats the start of it in your area

 

If your movies are gone so will the asian channels so end of the road for you within days now

 

Thanks Mickah , i had my eurovox 5100 pvr working ok untill i gave it to someone and i have got eurovox 1100 usb is working ok but i cannot get those cahnnels.

 

What area are you in can you tell me also did you check your providers website first to see if there is a problem with it

If yes which firmware and how can i get it? my friend stays the building with me is using eurovox 5100 and is working ok no problem.

 

Thank you man ,im based in Glasgow and there is no problem with my provider because my friend is using ex5100 there is no problem with that , we stay the same building.

 

ok do a factory reset and then do a full scan make sure there are no other connections on your incoming cable ie broadband either has to be scanned at main cable coming into the house main point after you have it sorted you can then put back on the bb and other splitters on your cable.

e45 ,i have done what you told and im getting my 15 channels but the rest are scrambled ,i dont know what to do .

press menu then 1570 scroll to emu switch to on exit all the way out should do the trick

 

You must noty have the uptodate firmware on your box so you are going to have to update that first

I have done it but the file is an ABS so could not open it. any idea?

 

you are not meant to open the file the file is for your box not your PC

download the firmware and save to desktop.
format your usb stick to fat32 on your pc or the box itself.
copy firmware to usb stick.
now switch your box off and insert usb stick then switch box on again

Press -> Menu-tools-Upgrade by USB,
now highlight the firmware file and press RED to flash and OK to confirm.
10 seconds later, it's done .
once its flashed do a scan and let it update as normal


Key update is on by default in software patches on the EX1100 usb

ps:-

remember to ALWAYS turn the power OFF before inserting or removing the usb stick.
