Falkirk for the N3 list too, its on its way out, lost lot of channels last night including discovery, movies. Clear and Rescan finds them all but most just say please insert smart card. Still have sports for the moment.
Got new vm card 2-3 weeks ago.

 

sthelens, haydock last night went off.. brute force brought channels back with lotws of duplicates and not every channel

 

new card recieved today in Middlesbrough.so looks like another 3 weeks at the most,was good while it lasted and time to move on.

 

yep redcar(middlesbrough area ) recieved new cards gutted .how long after recieving cards does it go

Hi Im in Wolverhampton lost my channels about 2 weeks ago my software is v1.07 is it worth my downloading a newer version for a few weeks? if so how do I go about it? never done it before. Cant even get the free to air channels any advise on downloading and instaling the software to get at least these would be much appreiciated.

If you have bothered to read the thread, you will see that all direct cable boxs are gone, done for, finito, we have been saying this for months,

If you want FTA chans, just plug yer cable into the back of yer tv, thats all ya will get anyways.

Hi all. I live in Liverpool and have a box super usb. My channels went down yesterday but what I don't understand is that V*rgin haven't been in touch with us at all regarding a smart card. I have tried all the usual steps e.g factory reset, automatic scan, keycode 1570 but now as well as seeing keycode another banner saying nagravision comes up and when you click on it there are all sorts of symbols that you can manipulate. Why do I seem to have been closed down without any talk of a smartcard from virgin. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried the factory reset and scan several times now to no avail.

Im in Liverpool and mine went down yesterday morning, however after a factory reset and powerscan they are back so it's still ok here for now. I have the basic package with VM so I dont know if that makes any difference.

I have the basic package too but up to now I still cannot get channels back. I think its game up for us.

 

I dont understand why mine have come back and yours have not when we are both in the same area.

Mickah, I am sorry I am not trying to be irritating on purpose lol but I have now been told by our contact who sold us the box that he has firmware on his website that will get us back on, and that if I download it to a flash and then flash my box we will be up and running again!! Does this sound right to you?? I am just waiting for husband to get in to try what we have been told. I will keep you all updated.

 

there will be no boxes working and no firmware for them either.

the only boxes that are working on N3 is the Kryptview with the Iconnect for the Uk market and the Starview 6 for the Irish 6887 service only
