UK Users - Nagra 3 - Where we stand - Are you missing chans, A Rescan is all you can DO? and Updated with N3 areas in UK

Hi.Was wondering if you could PLEASE PLEASE help me. Iv got The Box Super USB and the channels are not showing anymore.I use to watch all sky channels +ppv but all has stopped. I was told virgin had brought a new nagra3 which mean the box will not work anymore unless i upgrade.
please could you advice me on how to upgrade it or where i can get the software from please.my house is really boring without it.please and hope to hear from you soon.Thank you in advance.

use the search button on nag3 threads its all in there,then if your still stuck ask on here and people will help you out.

 

try this factory reset, scan in channels, exit, press menu 1570 put on emu/keycode
if nothing happens nag.3 is in place in your area, if it works you have a week or 2
only other option is the new box's out

iv tried it but its still not working....there must be a software to upgrade it i think..not sure my self

 

THERE IS NO SOFTWARE FOR ALL OLD BOXES INCLUDING THE STARVIEW USB

Hi people, got my Kryptview 780 today and it's up & running like a dream!! Woo Hoo!! Just the odd channel that displays 'scramble or no video', any ideas???

what channels are they would they possible be hd channels if so that box is not hd so you wont get them

 

I'll check what firmware he put on it in the system information, when the Mrs finishes watching Eastenders, then Corra then Eastenders then Emmerdale then god knows what else!!!! Ha Ha, i'll check on Thursday!!!

 

E4+1, sly sports 2, most the kids & a couple of movies. Didn't check the HD ones mate, got the majority though. Sorry about the double post, didn't notice this one first time round.

 

ah well at least the important channels are there for herself

can you edit your last post on the other page the 1 about who flashed your box
as some1 may get into trouble over it

there is only 1 firmware for that 780

 

Any ideas then mate, tried doing a re-scan, do you think it would help if I did a factory re-set first??

 

you should always factory reset a box after flashing a box and then do a fresh scan as per above,if you want to re-scan, always do a reset also,

 

pardon my ignorance but Kryptview 780, is it a box or a software which can be used in the existing box
