@ chand, no, the A780 is a new box from Kryptview with a lan connection, there is dedicated firmware for this box which can be found in E45's signature

It's a box mate, see e45's posts, his signature at the bottom of his posts contain the firmware you need and a facebook page of where you can purchase the box. JB

Got new v/m card this morning in Burnley, lancs. I will be canceling my service with them until I can afford a Kryptview 780 box. Do's anyone know if they are loosing a lot of customers like me. at the moment I have phone broadband and tv that costs me £28 a month

ya wont find a better price actually that is an excellen price so if you cancell you will be without all your services for that price i would hold them until you get your box otherwise you are also looking at a reconnection fee as well

If thats both with the same company. Do you have any worries about using a LAN box on their network?

Judging what they spent on N3 and if these boxes take off like the old boxes I would imagine they would implement the use of Packet sniffers.

i pay £8.50 a month for my cs line and i have a hell of a lot more channels hd espn etc, before you look at a new cable box you might want to read more into cs systems

a lot more involved in getting that up and running cable is much easier for people that have cable as them linux boxes are like mini pc and most people would not have any knowledge of them its hard enought for them to flash the cable boxes what way you think they be trying to get them boxes done ??
